Adding to Yeti Coolers' superior cold retention is a home freezer-style lid gasket that creates an airtight seal to keep the cold air in while keeping moisture and warm air out.  Integrated, heavy-duty rubber T-latches and a self stopping, full length integrated hinge ensure a positive lid seal that stays secure in the roughest conditions at sea or on land.  A recessed leak-proof drain plug allows for easy draining of liquids when required while preventing accidental drips.
